Sealed main shaft bearings (lubricated for life) with vibration dampening system.
Highly accurate, freely moving sliding table with wear resistant guide rails and rollers.
Specially designed roller carriage, utilizing aluminum pro files for lighter weight.
Stable, torsion free cross slides with low resistance swinging support arm.
Extra attention paid to the sliding table mechanism, ensuring absolute rigidity of the entire sliding assembly.
Base welded from cold, rolled heavy gauge steel plate, providing a rugged assembly and long term accuracy of the entire machine.
Industrial grade, high power rated motor for long life and heavy duty performance.
Telescoping cross cut fence, extendable to the full 63” stroke of the sliding table. Fence can be utilized for up to 45 degree miter cutting.
All painted surfaces with special heavy grade priming and finish for long term protection.
All none painted aluminum surfaces, anodized
