MOLINO PARA PELLETS – PARA ALIMENTO ANIMAL
Los molinos para alimento animal, están hechos para hacer pellets de materiales suaves como granos y pasto,
Pueden hacer pellets para combustible de pasto, tallos, hojas de pino y papel,
Pueden hacer pellets de aserrín combinado con otros materiales, pero estos equipos no se recomiendan para hacer pellets con 100% aserrín,
El material a procesar debe estar seco y tener un 13% de humedad con partículas mas chicas de 6 mm,
Se recomienda usar un triturador con malla de 6 mm antes de entrar al molino de pellets,
Tenemos molinos con dados de 120mm, 150mm, 200mm, 230 mm y 260 mm,
Los molinos usan motores Eléctricos o Diesel,
La fuerza de los molinos varia de entre 200 libras para el molino de 3 HP eléctrico, a 1,890 libras para el molino eléctrico de 30 HP,
La capacidad de producción aproximada en todos los casos es de 10 Kg por cada HP de fuerza del motor por hora, y es un 10 % a 15% más alta la producción si se usa para alimento animal,
