Does not include nailers, any style of nailer can be mounted

Produces 250 to 300 pallets in 8 hours

We have customers making up to 360 pallets per 8 hour shift

Practically only the nailers need maintenance

Quick set up between pallet sizes in 15 to 20 minutes and only one 9/16" wrench is needed for all adjustments

Pneumatic locks to keep the pallets square

Machine can mount any regular framing nailer. (Bostich, Max, etc)

There is no special triggers

The nail guns currently using will work, we just need to know what they are

The nail guns are held on by 2 “U” bolts and the triggers are tied off with a zip tie

Optional:

- 5 stringer setup

- Size up to 56 x 60 inches

- Assembly of BLOCK type pallets
