Están diseñados para hacer pellets de aserrín, y tienen los motores capacidad industrial,
La fuerza de los molinos varia de entre 200 libras para el molino de 3 HP eléctrico, a 1,890 libras para el molino eléctrico de 30 HP,
La capacidad de producción aproximada en todos los casos es de 10 Kg por cada HP de fuerza del motor por hora, y es un 10 % a 15% más alta la producción si se usa para alimento animal,
