- The patented combination of rollers and rotating / oscillating discs makes
the Perfection DBB 1350 sanding machine the ideal finishing solution for entry
doors, cabinet doors, drawer fronts, sheet goods, shutters, face frames,
furniture parts and much more.
- The sander works equally well for whitewood sanding and stain/sealer or
primer sanding. Can be used with both traditional and UV cured coatings.
- The combination of roller and rotating discs provides uniform sanding across
the entire work piece, even into profiles without loosing detail.
- Specifications: Thickness of work piece minimum 4 mm (3/16") to maximum
100 mm (3.9").
- Vacuum feed belt width 1,350mm (52") with variable speed of 10 - 40 FPM.
- (2) Top sanding roller's 400 mm dia. (15-3/4") variable speed 50 - 300
RPM.
- (4) Rotating discs, each 250 mm dia. (9-3/4");isc rotation variable 50 -
300 RPM.
- Notes from seller: Machine needs new 4" dust collection hoses and new
sanding brushes for whatever the new application will be. Everythign else was
in good running condition when removed from service
