P.L.C. (programmable logic controller) control hydraulic system which keeps all the hydraulic

cylinders in sequence and optimizes the motor power by operating a sequence of valves to

reduce the oil flow as the pressure increases on each cycle.

Combined with the inherently efficient design described above, results in very low motor power

for a given output; saving on energy consumption.

Particle size can be anything up to 15 mm in diameter and humidity up to 10hm%, and for long

fibrous, fluffy wood wastes the screw conveyor keeps the smooth movement for compressing.

Our machines are exceptionally rigid and low maintenance.

The presses are simple and compact and can be mounted in any desired location.

The machines are designed to run 24 hours a day and, if hooked up to a cyclone or dust collector where the wood waste to be briquetted

is fed automatically into the hopper, then no operating personnel are required.

Converting wood wastes into compressed briquette chips. Which are suitable to be used as a source

of fuel and decreasing transportation costs of wood waste. The briquette chips have a diameter range

of 76mm and 100mm, and length of 50-80mm; for BP1000B and BP2500B accordingly.

The compressing concept is via the operation of hydraulic cylinders using pressure and the screw conveyor delivering the wood wastes to be compressed to form briquette chips.
